However, this is a completely wild, undeveloped beach with no lifeguards, facilities, or emergency services nearby. Swimmers should be cautious and self-reliant. The beach is also a protected sea turtle nesting site, particularly for loggerhead and green turtles (May-August), so visitors must avoid disturbing marked nesting areas. Strong sun exposure requires adequate protection, and bringing drinking water is essential.
The best time to visit Golden Beach is May-June or September-October for optimal weather with minimal crowds. These months offer warm, comfortable temperatures and calm seas perfect for swimming. Visiting in May-August provides the unique opportunity to witness sea turtle nesting activity, though access to certain areas may be restricted for conservation.
