Binz Beach is lovely year-round, but late May through September offers the warmest weather and full resort services. July and August bring peak crowds and warmest water temperatures (17-20°C), ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Direct trains run from Berlin, Hamburg, and other cities to Bergen auf Rügen, where you transfer to local trains or buses to Binz. By car, cross the Rügendamm bridge and follow signs to Binz; parking is available but limited in peak season. The Binz train station is about 1 kilometer from the beach and promenade, reachable on foot or by local bus. Once in Binz, the beach stretches along the entire town waterfront, easily walkable.
